SHIPPING
1. WE DELIVER TO THE ENTIRE WORLD
1.1. Your products will be delivered to the shipping address specified in your order. The products of the same order will be delivered in one batch unless there are specific circumstances or if one or several products are temporarily out of stock. untitlab® cannot be held responsible for any action, costs or delays due to customs over which it has no control.
1.2. For all products, the order is prepared for departure from untitlab®’s warehouse within 24h (subject to stock availability, except for "Pre-order" products with specific estimated delivery times). Based on prior orders, the average period between placing an order and its delivery is 4 to 9 working days.
1.3. "Pre-order" transactions may be subject to shipping periods that might exceed the estimated shipping time. The estimated shipping time for "Pre-order" transactions may be as long as 1 to 3 months as of the date of the order, as mentioned in the purchase process.
1.4. Your order will be shipped by our carrier within the delivery times indicated on the Website, excluding weekends and bank holidays. If your delivery address is geographically remote, such as certain outlying islands or other isolated locations, it is possible that we may not be able to deliver to such an address. If that is the case, we will notify you before we accept your order. We cannot deliver to P.O. boxes or similar addresses.
1.5. If the package's exterior appearance is not perfect upon delivery, we ask you to open it in the carrier's presence to check the condition of the delivered products. In the event of damage to the products, please provide a specific description on the delivery note.
1.6. The rates for delivery are specified on the Website and are subject to revision or modification from time to time. You will receive, upon delivery, a receipt with written confirmation of the total price paid, including the detail (product prices and delivery charges if applicable).
1.7. If the shipping is delayed, an email will be sent to you to inform you of the possible consequences of the indicated delivery time.
1.8. If the delivery is processed by a carrier, we may not be held responsible for any delay that would be due exclusively to the unavailability of the client after several appointment proposals.
2. IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Delivery times are provided as guidelines only and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization, stock availability, and customs delays. We cannot deliver to post office boxes. Once the order is placed, it is not possible to change the delivery address on the Website. You will have to contact the carrier chosen by untitlab® and see directly with them under which conditions the delivery address might be changed.
3. FIRST-TIME ORDER POLICY
For security purposes, untitlab® reserves the right to ship first-time orders to the cardholder's verified billing address or work address. To avoid delays in receiving your order, please make sure to provide the correct billing and shipping information associated with your credit/debit card when placing an order.
4. INSURANCE
untitlab® insures each purchase during time in transit until it is delivered to you. All orders require a signature upon delivery, at which point responsibility for the shipment passes to you. If you have specified a recipient other than yourself for delivery purposes, you also accept that a signature by the third party is sufficient proof of delivery and fulfilment by untitlab®.
5. ORDER STATUS
We partner with carriers to ship all orders, and they are fully traceable on their website. You can contact the carrier if you have any questions about your shipment. Alternatively, you can check your account's "Orders" section for general information about your order status.
6. ITEM CONFORMITY
Upon delivery, you are responsible for verifying that the items you received match your order and are free from manufacturing defects or lack of conformity. If you discover a manufacturing defect, you may contact us by email at hi@untitlab.com within a specified time period to request a return or exchange.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence, untitlab® is not liable for any loss of goodwill or reputation resulting from the purchase of items offered on the website or in connection with the website. Under these terms and conditions, the aggregate liability of untitlab® whether arising under contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise shall not exceed 100% of the price of the relevant product ordered from untitlab®. We are not responsible for any delay or failure to perform or comply with our obligations if it is beyond our reasonable control.
8. DISPUTES
8.1. The shipping terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom and must be interpreted accordingly.
8.2. Unless otherwise required by law, any disputes arising from the interpretation and/or application of these terms and conditions will be exclusively heard by the competent court in the district where UNTITLAB UK LTD’s office is located Studio 5, 76 De Beauvoir Cres, Regal Wharf, London N1 5SB.
8.3. These terms and conditions are severable. If any provision is found to be invalid or unenforceable, it will be deleted, and the others will remain valid and enforceable.
8.4. Any data recorded on the website regarding the customer’s orders and transactions relating to items will be deemed a complete and accurate transaction record.
9. EXECUTION OF CONTRACT
9.1.To initiate the process of purchasing items from the website, the customer must place an order, which shall be treated as an offer to purchase on the terms and conditions provided. untitlab® reserves the right to accept or reject any order placed by the customer, without any liability to the customer. Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled by the customer, and untitlab® will process the order only if the entire process has been duly completed without any errors. untitlab® will send an email acknowledging receipt of the order, but this email does not confirm untitlab®'s acceptance of the order.
9.2. The contract between untitlab® and the customer shall be deemed to have been made only when untitlab® sends a confirmation email to the customer, accepting the order and providing an order number. The confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided by the customer in the order form.
9.3. untitlab® may choose not to accept an order for various reasons, including but not limited to unavailability of items (except for pre-ordered items), dispute over previous orders where the customer is at fault, breach of terms and conditions, suspicion of reselling or commercial use, suspicion of illegal or fraudulent activity, inaccurate or false data, multiple quantities of individual products, inability to authorize payment or shipping restrictions. untitlab® reserves the right to reject any order without any liability to the customer.
9.4. If untitlab® rejects an order, the customer will be informed via email within 30 days of the date of receipt of the order. In case of non-acceptance, the order shall be deemed to have not been accepted by untitlab®, and no contract shall be deemed to have been entered into between the customer and untitlab®. The customer shall be promptly reimbursed the amount paid to untitlab® for the non-accepted order. In case of partial non-acceptance due to the unavailability of some items, the customer shall be charged only for the price of the purchased items.
9.5. When a customer submits an order on the untitlab® website, any information on the site should not be considered an offer until the contract has been made. If the items in the order are unavailable or temporarily unavailable, untitlab® will notify the customer of the actual delivery time or, upon agreement by both parties, will replace the items with other merchandise or provide a refund. Despite the contract being made, untitlab® reserves the right to dissolve the contract by sending a termination email ("termination email"). If the customer has already paid for the purchase price but the product has not yet been shipped, untitlab® will issue a refund in a timely manner. If the purchased product has been shipped and the customer wishes to receive a refund, the product must be returned intact and complete. untitlab® may require the customer to compensate for any losses caused by their actions.
