The performance is directed by Nicolas Tian Cai and composed by Oscar B. Morgan, presented as a sectional sequence over the course of two hours. Enacted by Dahc Dermur VIII, Lewis Walker, Zhuo Chen, HuDieGongZhu and Todd Lamming, this artwork explores the site-specific emotional oscillation that takes place in the field of crypt through body movements and vocal experiments. The ambient music with heavy bass combines the sampled sounds of the industrial and natural environment to build a contemporary and introspective image landscape of the presence. We consider this performance as an intermediate part of introspection, laying aside the inspecting observation and retrospect, in search of some kind of eternity in the fragments of time.
